Bruno is an old friend of the barons and one of the few human characters in the first game. He was first seen near the market kidnapping an apparently dead Ramon and shoving him into a bag. Layton and Luke witness this and give chase, but Bruno manages to escape. later on in the game, after falling down a hole in The Tower the two meet Bruno again in a workshop like room. he reveals himself to be a close friend of the late baron and repairs the villages when they malfunction.
